Return and Refund

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Dermalogica-mm.com purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 5 days of the PURCHASE date.

 

Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service.

 

All shipping charges for returns will be reimbursed in the form of Store Credits.

 

Just follow these easy steps:

 

1. Login to your account

2. Go to “My Orders”

3. Click on “Return & Refund”

4. Contact our customer service by email to: info@dermalogica-mm.com

5. Print out the invoice and include it in your returned package

6. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging

7. Please mail your package to:

It will take 14-21 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank / credit card account from the day your refund was initiated.

If you would like products returned to be refunded via Store Credits, it will be processed within 5 working days from the day we receive your returned item.
